Randall did an excellent job explaining everything to us and scheduled the repairs quickly. They handled everything from communication with the insurance company, detaching the solar panels, replacing gutters as necessary and replacing all other items associated with the roof. Materials used were very high quality. The crew worked really hard to get everything done quickly, as we had storms scheduled to hit the next day. "During Tropical Storm Arthur last week we noticed that we had a roof leak. We contacted this provider, and they sent their inspector out the next day. The repair cost estimate was $685.00 for a section of roof 20 feet by 6 feet. The planned repair date was scheduled for 12 July, but on 9 July they called, and moved up our repairs to the 10th of July. They arrived on time, and completed the work in about 4 hours. The cost was the exact price of the estimate. I am completely satisfied.
