"The design of our fence is unique and original due to Hal's artistry. We get lots of compliments on the looks and craftsmanship of the fence. Hal was good to work with. He was patient with us even though we changed our minds a couple of times during the process. He really wanted to be sure we were satisfied. He got the job done on time and everything was as expected. He checked back in with us later in the summer. There were a couple of decorative boards that had warped on the fence and he promplty replaced them. We liked working with Hal because of the personal touch he gave. You don't get that with the big companies, and our dogs love him too."

"I hired Portico to replace three footings on a sun room/screened porch that had lifted over the winter. They did a fantastic job. The structure was installed by a different company who didn't seem to have a clue how to properly fix the problem. I met Clint Hanson at the Anoka county fair and explained the problem to him. He came to my house the following Tuesday to discuss the job and cost. He explained what had to be done and reassured me that he could fix it and fix right. The job involved removing the existing screen porch, cutting out a section of the cement slab, removing three support footings, installing three new footings and patching various holes and finish work.The job was completed in less then two days. At the end of each day the workers cleaned up the area and made it look like they hadn't even been there. When the job was complete they even washed the entire area with water leaving it cleaner than when they started. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. As for price, you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a little more upfront for quality than pay for the same job a second time. Excellent job Portico."
