"Ark did a full roof replacement for us, and bumped out the roof over a porch area that was a persistent leak problem for us. They were fabulous to work with! We started with an unidentified leak that was causing damage. Ark gave us options for repairs, but also did a full inspection of the roof and identified multiple issues associated with age. They didn't push the replacement, but after getting a few other quotes and inspections we decided to go with a full replacement. Ark's quote was competitive, not the cheapest but felt like the best balance of cost and confidence. They were amazing - came in with a big crew and banged out a 4000sqft roof in two days start to finish. Spotless clean up, and quality work. The new porch roof solved the problem of dead valleys and leaks and gave us a new covered porch to enjoy. I will use Ark again for our next home improvement project!"

"I first contacted Atlantic Roofing Services by phone May 9th, on May 10, it was done. Mike came out on May 9th. He walked the roof and he explained to me the repairs necessary to stop the leak and suggested preventative work as well. He gave me an estimate and a start date upon my approval. Mike showed up on time with 2 other roofers and knocked out the job in less than an hour and a half. He cleaned up and hauled away all debris. As you know, this is roofing and only time and rain will tell the quality, but I observed all work and I believe they have stopped the leak using quality parts, materials, and workmanship. "Their gutter guy put some gutters on my house and I was not impressed with that so far. Three of them already topped off. They didn't do that great of a job. When I did have a leak in the house, I had to call them like four or five times to get them to come over to repair it and finally, it just got to the point where I just said to heck with it and I decided to get somebody else to do it. Their guy never called me. I waited for him all day. They did a beautiful job on the roof. I was impressed with that but if anything goes wrong, they weren't so good. They did an excellent job doing the house. They cleaned up but I didn't think it was that great because I ended up with three flat tires from nails. Other than that, they were very courteous and everything else. They did fine. I was happy with it. They did show up with the wrong shingles and started putting them on and thank God I was there that day and stopped it. I'd recommend them to somebody else with the portion that once they're done, it may take you a while to get them back to repair anything. They were pretty good on their prices."

"Jesus was great to work with. Jesus came out on a Saturday in the rain on time and gave me a estimate. Jesus showed me samples and recommendations and also helped pick out the color and style. Jesus ordered the shingles and a week later Jesus and his crew replaced the gutters,siding and replaced the roof. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor and I will be using Jesus in the future."
