"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"We bought a new sliding glass patio door and our existing carpenter wasn't sure of installing a model with nailing fins. Found Jerry through home advisor and he came to our rescue immediately. He had very good ratings, so we took our chances and he stood up to his reputation. The entire process was handled very professionally, communication was prompt and courteous. He clearly communicated all the tasks he was going to do sequentially to complete the install. This was not a straight forward existing patio door replacement, he had to prepare a 72inch wide sliding door opening in a regular door opening, prep the opening, fix a header, install the sliding door, fix the aluminum siding and trim around the door, cover the interior with sheet rock and spackle. After completion, they cleaned up the work area and took the trash away with them. He had one other worker with him and they completed the entire job in 6 hours. It was very evident that Jerry has a lot of experience installing patio doors. I would highly recommend him to others."
