He accommodated a few specific requests that went beyond just the metal roof we requested. The price he ended up charging for the complete job was exactly as quoted and significantly less than other quotes we had received. The wait time for them to get started was very reasonable -- only a couple months. Dan was very responsive to my calls and emails throughout the entire process. The installation team were very respectful and did an amazing job with the roof! We could not be happier. Installation was done in just 4 days and (aside from the beautiful new roof!) you would never know they had been here. "DO NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman. I hired him to install a stone walkway and it is a complete disaster. The workmanship is terrible. The walkway is falling apart, breaking and lifting and is a trip hazard. I had to take him to court to get my payment refunded. I was awarded the judgment, but Dan Ford has NOT paid. I ended up having to file a transcript of judgment with the County Court and have a lien placed on him and his business. He still has NOT paid. Do NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman."
