"Great, after calling another supposedly high rated pest service to be told they would come out in 2 days for an estimate but not do the work for another few days, I called Family Pest Solutions. Within an hour Jack called back, I explained that a bunch of bees broke through the wall board and were swarming in the bedroom trying to get out the closed windows. He advised me exactly what to do (open windows to let bees out) and place a piece of tape over the small hole under the window sill where the bees broke through. I said I still would like a professional to come out so he promised a visit from Gary the following day, provided a very accurate and reasonable quote that was emailed to me immediately for electronic signature, and said the work could be done at that time. Solved the immediate problem with his guidance and put in place professional treatment the following day. Couple of hundred for the hive removal and another hundred to treat the entire two story house with spray around the foundation and all windows. They even treated the large shed in the back yard and took out a second ground hive in the garden. Immediate service A+, guidance to customer to handle an emergency situation A+ and price A+. Thanks Jack and Gary for a serious problem expeditiously solved. Will certainly use again, as needed! Thanks!"
