He gave me a very reasonable quote on my first call and set up a convenient time for installation..He gave me a reminder call the day before and a few minutes before arriving his staff arrived. The electricians were very professional and put down protective measures to keep the area clean, They minimized the area that had to be cut in the wall to do the wiring for the 3 new Recessed Lights and Switches. UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

"I purchased the big deal package for a tree crew for an entire day.  I needed a lot of work to trim and clean up the large trees in my backyard along with removal of a diseased tree and a couple of small (less than 6" diameter) trees.  Ben, the owner came by and determined that yes, the backyard could be completed in an 8-hour shift per the big deal.  He also gave me an estimate for another 2-hours and $400 to trim the trees in my front yard--which I accepted.  After winter weather delays, the crew arrived promptly on time and finished the front yard first. The owner does all the trimming work while his crew handles the ground work and limb grinding.   While the crew was there, I approved additional work to cut down four large and dangerous Polar trees for an additional of $1500.  All work was completed in a professional manner in accordance with the contract.
