"Back in December, during the first major storm of the season, I woke in the middle of the night to the sound of water dripping inside my wall. The next morning, I contacted several companies and left messages, worried it might take weeks for someone to even assess the damage. After receiving no callbacks the following day, I reached out to The Roofing Company and got a return call almost immediately. I explained the situation to Dylan, who quickly identified the likely issue over the phone, provided a clear price range for the repair, and came out the same day. Despite the significant snow on the roof, he had no trouble accessing it, locating the leak's source, and completing a temporary repair to get me safely through the winter. The issue turned out to be a severely deteriorated chimney. Water had been seeping in through damaged pointing and flashing, which had begun compromising the wood beneath the shingles. "Called me right away, we talked, he set up time to look at the what I needed and had the job done with a week, added four roof vents to provide better attic ventilation, my hip roof ridge vent was totally inadequate from a roofing job done a long time ago, still have plenty of life left with my roof, and now trapped heat in my attic on hot days can escape."

"Mel and his crew completed my roof yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The new roof looks amazing and I feel so much better knowing that the underlayment is water tight and the shingles are the best money can buy. Mel was not the cheapest option, but his offer contained more value than any of the other three offers I received. He was the only contractor to give me a full breakdown of the costs and allowed options that were flexible. For the record I did everything he suggested because of the added value to the contract. When the crew was done roofing they spent another hour cleaning up and making double sure that all of the nails were gone. Today Mel returned and did another thorough sweep of the yard for one last check for debris. I strongly recommend Conde Roofing to anyone looking for a great, professional service. The best choice I could have made!"

"ReRevive Roofing and siding LLC did a skylight installation and a cap repair on my townhouse in bedford. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean. The skylight looks great and the cap repair has prevented any further leaks. I'm very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing or siding services."

"Outstanding work. Great quality. Very reasonable price. I called these guys the day after a wind storm. Many shingles had blown off of my roof and I wanted this fixed. These guys came the next day to fix the missing shingles and did it a very reasonable price. At the same time, they noticed many other potential issues on my roof. Unlike a previous contractor that said that I needed to replace the whole roof, he said that the roof was still in good condition and he could repair all of it by just repairing the ridge line. He came back a few days later and repaired it all - at a very reasonable price. Excellent work. Highly recommend!"

"Kevin and his team did an awesome repair on my roof. He was able to find a discontinued shingle color for me. The repair looks perfect and at a reasonable price. I am very happy that I chose them."

"Would I recommend JP Carroll roofing absolutely. They all were very hard workers. From start to finish. Bent over backwards to help on any thing you ask them to do."

"Michael Wright was a phenomenal professional we worked with to accomplish our roof installation project. He was well prepared and knowledgeable, educating us on all their products and services clearly and concisely. No one else in this industry was as transparent and had the paperwork and referrals to back their stellar reputation. I have had some bad experiences with other roofing companies. So, it was immediately clear to me I was in good hands. They even communicated often with us, checking in to see if we had questions and letting us know when the products were going to be delivered. I felt confident and comfortable working with them and I would hire them again when my next roofing project comes up."

"This team took the time to really understand leaky roof problem before considering the repairs."

"Outstanding workmanship and well managed project leader. Attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend Small Dog Roofing for all of my and my clients needs."
