"Paul and Wayne brought our garage attic inuslation up to an R-38, topped-off our attic insulation over the living area, built and installed a 12" plywood attic dam around our attic access port and installed styrophome insulation panels on the inside of our RV garage. They did a great job. Paul or Wayn would provide progress reports and what they found as the performed the tasks. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job!"

I was going to do it myself with the HD blow in insulation and rental blower but decided to get a few quotes. East Valley was only a few hundred dollars more than doing it myself. Communication was great, price was great, the two-person crew showed up on time with a 1/2-hour courtesy call beforehand, when they arrived, they verified the project and square footage I gave them, they laid down a plastic sheet on the driveway to protect the drive, parked their box van and went to work, took about 45 minutes beginning to finish. "I wanted insulation blown in above the ceiling of my condo to lessen the noise from my neighbors above. Darren was very responsive and professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. The crew arrived on time, was very nice, and covered the house in plastic sheeting to protect everything from the incredible amount of dust created by drilling dozens of holes in the ceiling to shoot the insulation. Their subcontractor Robert arrived the next day to repair the holes and repaint the ceilings. He also was able to install can lights in my living room (separate job and quote from the job Attic Construction was doing). During installation of the lights, we discovered that some of the cavities that should have been filled by new insulation were not, due to a problem with the old insulation. One call to Darren and the insulation guys showed up early the next morning to take care of it. Robert the drywall guy and his helper Carlos did an amazing job repairing all the holes, you can't even tell that my ceiling looked like swiss cheese at one point. The reduction in sound coming from upstairs is noticeable due to the new insulation and I love my new lights. Be aware though that a job like this is incredibly messy and dusty but Attic Construction OC made it as easy as possible."

"The price was affordable and Jake was great to work with. He came out and accessed my attic insulation, answered all my questions and gave me a quote the next day. Vacuum crew took two 6 hours days and the spray foam crew took one 7 hour day. Both crews were on time each day. The cleanup could have been just a little more detailed but was okay., noticed the difference it temperature the first night and since have hardly run the heater. Great job, very satisfied and great product. One thingâ ¦be aware the product is so good it expands and will stick to everything. If you have recessed or Can lighting in the attic, they try their best to block the foam from getting on the lights inside the attic but they can only do so much.,the foam will expand through every little minute crack and crevice and in some cases push the recessed lighting out a little. In no way is that a reflection on the company but the product. They did come back to fix it all and make sure itâ s all flush to the ceiling to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend IFoam."
