However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. "I called Chandler Roofing after I discovered a roof leak after the large storms we had in Jan 2010. They told me upfront that there were a lot of calls after the storms and that it would be approx. 2 weeks before they could get inspect my roof. Within 2 weeks they inspected the roof and gave my a very fair estimate and timeframe for repairing the leak and replacing 20 roof tiles. They called and said they could get to my house sooner than planned if that was okay. They showed up and did the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves and billed me exactly what they had estimated. We've yet to have any heavy rain since the repairs were made, so I will update the report if there are any further roof problems, but Chandler Roofing was a pleasure to work with and very reliable."
