"They are just plain fantastic. I hired them to snake my drain last December and the warrantied the work for a year. My drain backed up on Saturday and they Had a tech ( Jack who was FANTASTIC) come out on Sunday. They were on time and DID NOT CHARGE ME !!!! the covered their warranty as promised. I thought I was going to have to fight or I was going to get nickled and dimed..BUT NO this company stood by their word and snaked my line no charge.
