"The job went very well. It was extremely laborious - being entirely done by hand, and wheelbarrowing all materials in an out, up and down a hill from the street to the work site. The entire existing sod yard (approx.1400 sq. ft.) was removed, then the dirt was tilled by pick and shovel, 10 inches deep to remove tree roots. Then 6 yards of topsoil was brought in and the yard leveled and re-sodded. Additional perimeter rock was added. Great care was taken by workers to respect existing plants and landscaping. Mr. Mindh was present on all work days providing supervision. I was impressed with both his daily punctuality and responsiveness to phone calls. He did the job as we had originally agreed. I strongly recommend this company."

"After our lawn was ravaged by spidermites, we needed serious repair work on the grass.  Rock and Larry were very helpful and dedicated to doing a good job.  When I explained our budget for the project, they cut labor costs by putting the old grass into a berm on the property rather than hauling all of it out.  They channeled the savings back into the sod cost and though it exceeded our budget by a little, it was clear that we got the best value from working with this company.  The work was done on schedule and in a very timely manner and the final result was beautiful!  Larry and Rock were very helpful and more than willing to answer questions about watering schedule, moreover, they came by to inspect the grass in person if there was a question about what to do.  Our HOA asked us to take down a few dead trees during this time and Centennial took them down for a very reasonable price while they were on the property doing the other prep work for the new sod.  If we had to do a big landscaping job again, I would hire them in a heartbeat! 
I should add that almost a year after this work was done, our circuit breaker tripped during a storm and our sprinklers were inoperative for a few weeks while we were on vacation.  Our grass started drying and yellowing... I got an e-mail from Larry saying he had noticed there was a problem with the grass.  My husband had made it home by that time and gotten the sprinklers working again, but we were so impressed by the stewardship that Larry still had for his work a year later.
