"I am one who likes to use the same "people" even if the proce may be a little higher. I oknwith paying for good work and service. Have had great experiences until the last. The repair work on the toilet malfunctioned and I informed them. They were going to come out and do the work that day if time or following week. Which, with the work you did and it is leaking I accepted the potential delay in service. Offered me a "service" call not a fix the work that was done call but hey, it's whatever I'd rather get things done they debate. 20 minutes later I was informed they can't do the work, due to the "area" and can no longer do any work for me ?.? Take care and I hope for the best for your company and employees."

"The technician was here for 1 1/2 hours cleaning a toilet paper clog, an excessive amount of time in and of itself. They then required payment for 2 hours. While the job was completed there is no way that they should have charged me this much. They will not be receiving my business in the future."
