"Tom responded promptly that they were interested and that he would either get me a quotes based on pictures or that he could swing by to take a look.  As the job is pretty straightforward, I asked him to quote based on pictures.  It was the weekend, so a quote was sent on Tuesday.  Unfortunately, the quote was very high in my opinion based on the skill and time that would be required to complete this job.  Also, based on several other quotes by other handymen services, an electrician, and what the "Big-Box" stores charge for installation of this appliance,  it was high.  <br /> Tom is very professional and responsive, and he even called to follow-up after I did not send a response after receiving the quote.  They have not actually performed services for me, so I can not comment on the quality of their work, just my experience in dealing with them and the price quoted.  Possibly the price was out of proportion because the job is relatively small and they are not as local to Cape Coral as some of the other contractors.  I have dual bathroom remodels and several other jobs that need to be completed, but I would hesitate to have them quote it based on the pricing given for this preliminary job."

"<p>We have used House Doctors on many occasions. He is our go to Fix-it guy. During a very bad storm recently we noticed that we had dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen. Just enough to fill a shot glass. I went up into the attic above were the water came out but couldn't find any water/leak. We called them to make an appointment. they were booked solid on this day. They called back soon after and said he was fairly close to our neighborhood and would be there in a couple of minutes. He went up into the attic and said there was no leak. It was just the very high winds (30+mph) that blew some rain up into our ridge vent in the roof which just happens to be right above the kitchen. It took him just 10 min out of his very busy day to relieve our stress and anxiety, and to that we are extremely grateful. I will keep using them and would recommend them to everybody. I actually have a couple of his business cards in my wallet for when someone asks me "If I know a guy who can......." </p> <br />"

"We called The Skunk Whisperer because of what we thought were mouse droppings. He showed me why it was actually bat guano but did find mouse droppings and 3 snake skins in the attic when looking at the bat guano mess in the insulation. He took photos, brought them to us, gave solutions and answers for our tons of questions. <br /> They did an incredible amount of work sealing up our house for bats, snakes and mice. We switched to them for their natural pest control because of their professional manner and for what we got for the money. We were suprised at the extreme cost, but our neighbors had bats alone and paid TSW twice as much because like he said and quot;every house and price to fix the house is totally differentand quot;. At first, it seems like a lot of money, but not for what we got. <br />"

"It worked like a charm, I spent at least 2 weeks, and I called maybe 10 contractors just to come and give me a bid on it. One contractor gave me a bid of 2400 Dollars, another one said 1480 Dollars, and out of the 10, 3 told me they couldn't get to me until August. 3 or 4 could only do part of the job. Bull Dog came over, looked at it, gave me a bid right on the spot. I called him earlier this year for another project. They give you a bid for the labor and for the material, which I really don't mind, because he gives me all the receipts of what he bought. He gave me an approximate of what materials we needed. When he was done, he told me that there was a little more involved than he though, but he did exactly what I wanted. He came over on Tuesday, and he started on Thursday and was finished on Friday."

"I am very satisfied with Atlantis Roofing. Let's face it, a new tile roof is expensive and installation is critical, you don't want some yahoo up there especially given Florida weather. Atlantis was super, the company was polite and responsive, great guys to work with. I called with a question several times during the reroof and Mike was at my door within 15 minutes. They do a lot of work in my community because their work quality is very high. Atlantis uses the best quality roofing materials and installation methods. I highly recommend them. <br />"

"A++++ Came to start even earlier than he said he would. Finished before he promised. Cleaned up after himself. Going to hire for basment fireplace. I found out about Lee (Leroy) from a very high end house in Falmouth that he did the masonary for. I tracked him down because I liked his work and I know that the woman that orginally hired was very picky and if he pleased her he would please me very easily."
