"The service call was at an apartment (I'm the owner) so he contacted the tenant and arranged to come out.  I understand that he was timely (per tenant) but he had to order the part so that slowed things up and delayed finishing the job.  But the work was done well.  The only glitch was that when I received the bill it was addressed to someone else and I called to let them know to be sure there was not a mix up in billing.  The person I spoke with said he would have the office lady call me back to clarify but she never did.  Since the amount on the bill was the same as the estimate I went ahead and paid it. <br />"
