After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "Okay! It's our first summer here in AZ (it's not summer yet!?!ð ¥µ) Our AC went kaput two days ago. I called our home warranty company (what a joke!) and they couldn't get anyone here for almost 2 weeks. Next I called a major company whose ads I've heard REPEATEDLY on the radio. They had a "technician" (later discovered it was a sales person) here in two hours....YAY! The big-company-"technician" spent about 9 minutes looking through our system and presented two options to me; one for $2,679 or a complete new system for $19,975. We were warm in here but we hadn't lost our minds...yetð ±. Next we called a local company who had helped us in the past when our home was being rented. Anthony from Honest Appliance Service and Repair made time for us that day! He spent 2 hours going through our ENTIRE system with a fine-toothed-comb (or whatever a REAL technician usesð ð ). Bottom line, our fix cost $664.00 and we're plenty cool now ...if I do say so, myselfð . Anthony and Honest Appliance Service and Repair live up to their name and beyond!"
