After we had a dishwasher leak, the floors under our kitchen island were soaked and needed replacing - a prior company came and gutted our kitchen (no island, no sink, no dishwasher, no flooring), then ghosted us for the rebuild. After months desperately looking for someone to fix our kitchen, thankfully a neighbor recommended me to Steven. Steven immediately jumped to action and had my floors installed within a week or two - we could finally stop tripping over jagged wood / staples! He guided me on how to order my cabinets so we would receive the right products (and saved us money in the process). He was communicative as we awaited their delivery, and once they were in he had his guys install them beautifully, and finish our island better than new. I am so grateful every day to have been connected with him. Steven even introduced us to the air switch for our garbage disposal - a modification that I've been loving! He kept everything neat through the process and respected the plants that he had to work around. Our palmetto tree was in bad shape and needed trimming. He made it look beautiful again. He worked most of the day and returned bright and early the next day to finish up. He also cut the grass in our backyard and edged. He was mannerly and the most important thing he was not in a hurry to finish. He was more interested in doing a good job. We plan on Mark coming back in September or October to replace rotten wood on our deck."
