"After living in our Toll Brothers home for 12 years we were fed up with the poorly functioning heating and air conditioning in our upstairs bedrooms.  We had made several repairs and modifications to the system over the years, but none helped.  We were considering moving because the upstairs bedrooms were so uncomfortable in the summer and winter.  We must have talked to 5 different HVAC contractors.  We asked Climatic for an estimate to repair or replace, if necessary, our upstairs unit.  Sonny Swann came out and gave us an estimate.  He suggested we replace everything in order to make the system and duct work finally work as it should.  We signed off and agreed to all his suggestions.  I told him that this was mission impossible, but he remained convinced that he could make it work.  Well he did it! "Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

COULD SEE THE CAPASITOR ALL INFLATED READY TO EXPLODE AND THE CONTACTOR
WITH BLACK BURN SPOTS, TO ME THAT HE DID A GREAT JOB AND HE WAS VERY
HONEST EXPLAINING ALL WHAT HE FOUND."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
