He answered multiple emails and even came out a second time to our home to further discuss replacing the doors and answer our questions. He checked in in-person a couple of times during the install process to make sure things were going smoothly. The install team were hard workers and did a great job. We used Star Home Improvements because of their reviews and we didn’t feel like just another number to the company. The plus side was they also came in with the lowest quote. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others."

"It was easy making an appointment. The office staff was helpful and I had a choice of days and times. Appointments are set for a 2-hour window and the technician called one-half hour before arriving.
Part of the work was covered by a local online coupon and part was a repair. The technician, David, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and competent at the job and was a pleasure to work with. I didn't know how he would solve the problem of the bracket, which was installed by another company. The replacement looks like it will last as longer than my house lol. The price charged was reasonable, and the work was done quickly and clean-up was perfect.

"This company has changed their name and is now known as Care Contracting. Their pricing was in line with other businesses we checked out and the salesman who met with us was knowledgeable and friendly. We had our roof replaced as well as gutter guards put up. The crew that did the roof left trash around our yard and did not clean up debris from the roofing, leaving nails, jagged pieces of metal and other scraps about. Our deck furniture was not returned to its original place either. Our contract required us to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. The check was ready when they finished and no one from the crew collected it. Within 12 hours of them finishing the roof, we began to receive calls, texts and emails inquiring about our late payment. There was no call to see if we were satisfied with the work done, or to update us on how the leak in our roof was fixed. All told, their sales team was good, but their customer service and business practices were definitely lacking."
