"Drain cleared in no time, fair Price! Money well spent!"

"I am so impressed. We had a drain that needed work and I called Zoom (via sister company Pine State Services) after our usual plumber was going to be a week or so before they could come out. Zoom offered to come out the same day. The technician was as professional as I could expect and made sure to solve the problem to our satisfaction. Every time he had to go out to his truck and back for supplies, he took his boots on and off at our front door, ensuring that he didn't track anything into the house. If I could have given Zoom an A+ on responsiveness and punctuality I would. We will definitely call them again."

"Tommy provided outstanding customer service. He could not have more pleasant and easy going. I liked that he gave me a window for arrival, and most importantly, he text me when he was "on his way". Now, I know, if you have a clogged sewer line, call Tommy rather than a plumber. Many plumbers do not have the proper equipment. Most likely the fix will be delayed until you can find someone that does have the equipment. Call Tommy to avoid the delay. With a clogged sewer line, any delay is NOT good. I would highly recommend his company."

"Joe came to the rescue when I tried to tackle capping some water lines for a bathroom renovation in Cumberland Foreside. He was recommended by another reputable plumbing outfit that I am friends with when they couldn't get to it. Joe came out within hours when I sprung my leak. I have had so many experiences where contractors or subs just don't respond or work. He certainly isn't one of them."

"Alex Greenhalgh repaired the upstairs bathtub drain expertly and efficiently. He arrived the morning after my first contact with him. It was a rough and dirty job in a 124 year old house. Alex handled it well. The cost was very reasonable. I am going to recommend Alex Greenhalgh wherever I can!"

"Anthony was very professional and new what he was doing, he was very prompt and personable. I am giving out the company info to many people,. Anthony cleared drains that 2 other companies could not clear, he also made some other things that will help us in the future. If I could rate a !0 plus I would. Great Company."

"My main drain backed up and was leaking into the basement. They came in an hour or so at night to clear it. They were very clear on what they were going to do and what the potential cause was."
