"I have a $200 maintenance contract. They do good work; we bought our system from them; they installed it and they maintain it. They are very good about if I don't pay for the maintenance contract and they come out because something is not working right, the guy is good about saying your bill will be this much if you buy the maintenance program right now or your bill will be this much if we just charge you for service and parts without the maintenance program. I think it is real nice for them to say this so you can go either way. I will use them again in the future."

"They’re great. They have prompt service. They’re honest and evaluating what was wrong for simple fix versus the expensive fix that the other guy recommended. The other guy was going to take the machine, take it home, put it up and tear it apart. The Maytag guy just came out and said it was a simple thing. Whatever he did, he did and that was it. I took a microwave in there and they don’t do repairs on microwave so they sent me to another place. I also went in looking for used appliances which they don’t really have and they recommended the other place again. I did not like the other place at all. The repair price was great too. The guy was wonderful. I'll absolutely use them again. They'll be my first call."
