They came our early the next week to repair the house. The work was expertly done and quickly completed. They did not cut any corners. Their price was fair and quality of work was excellent. The appt had been mistakenly booked on a holiday, but instead of canceling, he showed up, did a thorough inspection with pictures, and explained in detail what was needed. Three weeks later with a heat index of 107, they were there tearing the roof off, repairing some damage, installing OSB over the entire roof, and roofing. All done in a day. His crew did a great job! "Let me first start if by saying that I am a very analytical person and therefore, I did my due diligence when identifying a contractor, as well as the products that they would use. Trust me when I say that working with Jose Maradiaga was a breeze. Not only is he a friendly and like-able person, but he is very transparent about the work and the effort required to compete the job. As he and I discussed, it’s his name of the line, so you know he will anything in his power to provide the best possible customer service and experience that he can. As an example of that, HM Roofing was the only 1 out 4 potential contractors to explicitly walk the roof and called out all the potential areas of concern. Additionally, after explaining my situation to him was very considerate in offering me the his best possible price. Let just say that I priced 4 different roofing companies for a total repair of my roof (26 squares) and his price was by far the best. Not to mention the products that he uses were rated higher and out perform the products from the competitor bids. As I mentioned above, I did my research to verify all of this. His crew was so efficient in completing the work that it only took 1 day from removal to complete installation. Jose even took the time to have me inspect the work and he personally fixed all the minor things that I called attention to. He and his crew even took the time to walk my entire property after cleanup to ensure that every last nail and piece of garbage was collected. He even repaired the drywall of my ceiling inside where the leak was located in good faith. He did not release his crew until the job was fully completed and I was 100% happy with the outcome. So believe me when I say that I would absolutely recommend Jose and Humberto Maradiaga Roofing & Remodeling. You will not be disappointed."

"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."
