"Our installers Raphael and Verushka were absolutely amazing. Hard working very lovely people who know exactly what they are doing. They get a 10++. Chris that came out with them was also a very nice person. On our frosted shower doors I give nothing. I am so upset with them I don't have words. You see them from the side view walking into my small bathroom and all I see is green. I was told that is how they come and cannot replace them unless we come up with over $1000.00 for clear. (sorry but can't imagine how they could cost that much just for doors only. They have to come back out anyway because you guys packed the wrong shower handles). You should train your salesmen to let people know that frosted glass on shower doors have that awful green hue and at a sideview it will be apparent. If looking at them straight in they wouldn't be bad but sideways they are awful. I am so upset after finally saving enough in our retirement to get this shower that it looks like that."

"The gutters got cleaned. Leaf Filters were installed on the gutter. I am waiting to see if the filters actually worked. There were two issues. The first is that the installer did not show for the orginal appointment. I had to call customer service to reschedule the appointment. The second issue is that two items in my garage were stolen. The items were a toilet auger and a day pack. The day pack contained "essential items" for hiking that I have had for at least 30 years. Essential means items like a compass, emergency blanket, first aid etc. plus a monocular. It will cost around $250.00 to replace."

"After some sub-par and short-sighted tiling work was done by another company, Top Notch came out to remove tile, install support board for a sink install, then replaced the tile. They were in and out in 1.5 hrs and seamlessly matched the existing wall tile. They were courteous, clean, and professional. Countless other companies I called turned the work down due to the size of my project, but not these guys! They gave me a quote via text and came out 3 days later to do the work.
