"Cleaned out 2-car garage of materials left by previous owner so that all that remained were bare walls. Moved washer, dryer and deep sink to back patio. Required a dumpster. Adjusted location of deep sink to provide more room for washer and dryer. Repaired wall box for washer previously damaged by installation people. Repaired damage to walls and ceiling. Primed and painted walls and ceiling. Replaced broken attic access stairs. Installed new window blinds, hangers for garden tools, and assembled 3 6'x4' storage racks. Pressure washed garage floor, and applied 2-step epoxy coating. Cost of service below is for labor and all all materials. Jeff and Michael were easy to work with, and provided advice and assistance all through the project. Worker was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward to using them on future remodeling projects."

"I had Bill Varney's crew come in to fix up my new house before I moved into it. The good news is that his crew was professional, did good work, and felt that I was paying a fair price for their work. My new fence is great, and the rebuilt wall is good as new. The roof work his crew did should pay for itself in a few years.
There were some hiccups, but this may be a general issue with contracting, not an issue with Bill's crew. I had a very hard time getting his crew to start on the agreed date. More than once Bill's crew couldn't get started when he said they would. Schedule slipped in both directions - I had trouble getting them in when we had agreed, and the jobs took longer than initially estimated.
In some cases it was understandable; when rebuilding a wall, you find things that need to be addressed, for example. But I never understood why the fence took so long to build. I am talking purely schedule here - I don't feel that there were any shenanigans about the man-hours I was charged.
Towards the end, when trying to get insurance forms filled out for the roof repair, there were some minor responsiveness issues, but it was finally resolved.
So all in all, I recommend them, just make sure to ride them closely if you've got a strict schedule."
