"This was a first time project for us, installing a deck. We were looking for a reasonable and reliable contractor that provided quality work, we didnt want any surprises or delays... Hiring MRI Construction was the best decision we made!. Shannon and Dawna were very professional and well skilled at their job. They both provided excellent service and quality work. They went above and beyond what was expected. They were always on time and efficient and completed the work as promised. We will definitely have them back for any future projects."

we are a small company focused on high quality work at very reasonable prices, with us every project is unique and custom made, once we start one job we won't left until whole project is completed and customer is fully satisfied,we usually bill small projects (less than 5k) when job is completed, for projects over 5k we require 50% down once the materials arrive to site and the remaining amount when all project is completed, for medium to large projects(pavers, flagstone or retaining wall over 500sf) we offer from 10% to 20% depending on the whole value of the project,we have excellent references upon request

"Will and his crew did exactly what we were hoping for. The exterior painting turned out better then we had imagined. Although after they got started there was more prep work needed then originally thought they worked very hard to complete the job as they had proposed. We are extremely satisfied with the whole process and would work with Will and his crew again when needed."

"We were extremely pleased with all that Scott did for us. ALL of the work was completed in such a professional way. We feel so lucky that Scott did all this work for us. And he is a genuinely nice guy! Scott welcomed the work and wants to work! It is rare these days to find someone who says what he will do and actually DOES what he says. We would recommend him without hesitation.

FAQs for handyman service projects in Government-camp, OR

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
