"Perry was very professional and thoroughly answered all our questions. He sent an estimate within 48 hours, and it was easy to schedule the work with him. The fir floors had black mastic/adhesive from old linoleum that we took off, and it took a lot of sanding to remove it. There was also some damaged wood that was replaced with reclaimed fir, and it blends in with the floor perfectly. We were amazed at the transformation of the floors. We are so happy with the work that we plan to have Reborn refinish our oak floors in the living room and dining room in the near future.

He responded to my message within 24 hours, and we set an appointment for him to look at the project, which was installation of hardwood into my living room and hallway. He showed up on time for each of our appointments, which were set at specific times, instead of a "two hour window." "From the first meeting in the showroom to months after completion of the project when we'd call about minor issues, everything was outstanding. Steve and Vitaliy were tremendous throughout the process. Although we went into the project with the intent of solely replacing the flooring, we quickly realized that the prices were going to allow us to refinish the kitchen (at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen) and add flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Avenues made several trips to our house for measurements and discussion prior to beginning the project. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. While the quality of the product and installation were both excellent, the service we received was outstanding. We've never had an issue that's not been satisfactorily addressed.

"With recent monsoon like rains, our sump pump quit and since we were gone when it happened ended up with 2 feet of water in the crawl space. Q came out and got our sump back on. He had quoted a certain amount just for coming out and assessment. I was perfectly willing to pay, especially since he had to jump into two feet of freezing water! But he didn't charge me since he didn't fix or replace anything. When it dries out, we'll have him back out to install a better system!"
