I think he spent 5 minutes doing this. This was the most important job. The payment is rigged. It is hourly or half-hourly. The worker obviously worked very slowly, taking 2 hours to replace a ceiling fan, not needing to rewire anything. He added an extra half hour at the end, claiming that he had begun a new half hour (had not). I made the decision not to have him check the gutters, as he very obviously had no expertise."

Not bad at all. And with a bit more YouTube perusal, a few basic tools and some elbow grease… wouldn’t you know it! Success! In about 90 minutes, I had a new working garbage disposal, a pretty good workout and peace of mind. Would definitely call again when I have a more challenging project. Kind, honest, knowledgeable folk!"
