"I had an excellent experience with Tom. He called back with in minutes of my requesting a quote for the job. We made arrangements to meet 2 days later so he could look at what the job entails. He showed up on time discussed exactly what I needed and quoted a very reasonable price. The job was wiring power outlet and cable pass through for a new TV. TV was actually delivered a week earlier then originally planned and Tom was willing to come out the day before delivery so Tv could be installed day of delivery. The work was neat and professional done and I am very happy with the final result. I highly recommend Tom for all your electrical needs, if I could have given him 6 stars I would have."

"Electrical experts of Easthampton, Massachusetts did an incredible job upgrading the electrical panel, plus changing out all the electrical outlets and switches in the house in addition to adding two additional outlets to the garage. Wiring to the garage included pre-wiring our garage to accept the installation of an EV hookup for a future electric car or hybrid vehicle. Both Alan (the electrician) and Brandon (his apprentice) were a team and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. Alan communicated with us frequently regarding progress of this huge project. Alan and Brandon moved large heavy pieces of furniture and bookcases to be able to have access to the outlets behind them. I was amazed at how they were able to get into the smallest spaces without difficulty. The best part is that they moved everything back into position. They did not leave anything out of place. After the work was completed, both Alan and Brandon did a walk around and were open to any questions that we may have. Alan also went over the new panel in the basement. Alan and Brandon were in communication with each other so that they could accurately label each toggle switch on the new new electrical access panel. Alan then went over the panel with me. I deeply appreciate the level of communication with that team! For the amount of work that was done over a 3-day period of at least 8 hours a day was well worth the money spent! It has definitely increased the value of my house now that it is up to current (no pun intended !) modern day code! I also appreciate The secretary at electrical experts for being open to any scheduling changes. "Unique circumstances but perfect execution even when the requirements kept changing. Chris R. and Zach dealt with, and knew how to handle, each one. Can’t ask for more than that. A church, with a old floodlight on a 16’ ceiling; another elevated floodlight precariously set up between pews; custom temporary adjustments to main panel to find space for two 240v cables for a floor sander; updated outlet; a genius custom dimmer switch for floodlight that saved necessary $; and I still can’t believe how long Chris R. spent bringing back the brass luster of the ceiling flood that had old excess paint all over it. That was so above and beyond. Thank you gentleman. Our church looks forward to working with you again!(and for our home). And all from a reference from our son in Burgy who had a similar experience."

"Matt came and did the work. He came the next week and installed some lights. He was paid for both jobs the day they were completed. Two weeks later he sent a Venmo request asking for $500. When I asked for what, he starting bad mouthing my husband, using racial insults, and harassing me. He sent 20 text messages in a ten minute span. He insulted me, calling me a nag, saying he thought I had moxie, an idiot. Just to name a few. He also commented with vulgar comments about my husband. He threatened myself, my husband, and my young children. A police report will be filed due to the scariness of this interaction. "
