"Frank was friendly and efficient. I had a 15 year old water heater with a slow leak. Service was fast, got it replaced within a few hours of arrival and I feel the pricing was in an acceptable range. He cleaned up the area, better than it was when he arrived. I did find it odd that they only accept cash or checks, no credit cards. I really would have preferred to have paid for with a credit card for various reasons. I do not recall seeing or hearing that fact until it was time to pay, that to me was a bit of a bummer."
