After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Will went above and beyond! We hired him to install a new gas stove. Unfortunately, when Will connected our new stove we discovered it was defective and leaked gas. Will helped us load the defective stove in his truck, drive to the big box store, exchange the stove, load the new one, carry it into the house and then install it! "They were fairly good. I thought they sales people were very knowledgeable  but there was 2 of them and I am not sure if that was a sales tactic or not. They were good but the too a really long time. I felt it was on the high side but I knew the carrier."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
