"I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. "We were having the problem in only one bathroom so because they couldn't come out until Monday wasn't a big issue. David showed up promptly as promised and surveyed the issue. He felt the problem was not with the bathroom, but rather the drain line to/from the sewer pipe going to the city. He scoped the line to the street & the scope revealed that a recent back up had occurred & in his opinion felt this had been the cause of our problem. David was very professional, courteous and someone who easily related to the consumer. A good plumbing experience!!!"

"The plumber told me that in order to put the collars on the house he would need to take out some of the stucco to get to the water pipes. He said the hole would be approx the size of the bottom of a 2 liter coke bottle, it was actually a little smaller. He also said that in this charge of 340.00 it would include patching the stucco to make it look as close to the original as possible.  <br /> After the work was finished he told my wife that he was through and she pointed out the holes in the side of the house below each faucet, he stated that I should probably fill them with something. She said that she wanted them filled so he went to the hardware store and purchased a can of spray foam to fill them with. <br /> I spoke to him after I arrived and told him I wanted the stucco put in the holes, he said he would come back the next day and do that. I also asked him to bring a cap for the sewer clean out and a flapper for the toilet that wasn't working properly. He completed the work the next day and gave my wife a bill for 140.00 for the work. The largest portion of the work was supposed to be included in the original price. He would not acknowledge that he had told each of us originally that he would fill these holes with stucco after doing the work. <br />"
