"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Jesse, the owner/operator, is very responsive and takes a great deal of pride in his work. He installed about 400 sq feet of maple hardwood flooring and did a site finish. He did such a great job that everybody that sees it says it looks like one big single slab of wood. As a bonus, he gave me advice on laying large plank tiles (I did that work) to avoid common problems with that type of application. When I realized that the flush, wood vents over in-floor space heaters was a design flaw (the heaters needed more ventilation than the wood vents offered), Jesse fixed the problem for free. He does all types of floor applications, not just site-finish hardwood floors. He's very professional in his work, and the one employee of his that I met was very customer-friendly.
