"My 10 yr old front load LG washer would not drain and the drum would not spin. I looked on Angie's List and found and called Lane's Appliance Repair in the morning and left a message. My call was returned by Kathy shortly and I had someone at my house within 45 minutes. The problem was determined quickly. I was quoted a price for the repair. Walter had the replacement part in his van and repaired the damaged stator. He then made sure there was nothing else wrong (that it would drain) before he left. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and the entire process was quick and easy. Walter mentioned that they service all major appliances. "Called many parts stores trying to find one that I could pick it up because I needed it right away and didn't want to pay $10.00-$15.00 for shipping one parts store told me to try repair clinic so I called and they had my part! So drove out picked up part this place was amazing they seemed to have everything! will be going back. "The service turned out really well. He is a really good fellow. He did a good job as expected. There was roughly $90 additional on top of the $79 Big Deal because we did have a repair that needed to be done and we suspected that. That was the reason for the timing of our purchase of it. He did a really nice job and he provided the service with a smile. He came out certainly within ten days and two weeks after we purchased the Big Deal. He got it running just like new again. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
