Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"We contacted Callahan for repairing our bathroom which was in bad shape. Callahan gave a quote for reasonable price and assisted us in picking the correct materials for bathroom and did the work very well. We were quite impressed with him and so when a airconditioning unit stopped working we approached him and he gladly helped us to fix the unit. "This time because of the scope of brick work, the work came under the heading of Mark Master's General Contractor segment; and a different technician.   Instead of 1 Brick, it was 5; and cutting and replacing pipe. Not only did he do a very nice job on the brickwork, but also saved as much pipe as possible under the brick to be effective and efficient.  The results is everything is high and dry for almost 2 weeks now and it is hard to see where the repair was done.  My water meter no longers moves without there being an open faucet.  I like knowing the work is also guaranteed for 30 days and that Mark Masters does respond to a call-back.

It could have been very sad if the pipe had broken behind the brick... much bigger scope of work.... much bigger bill.

My lesson; listen closer to what the expert says; not just the cost of work.  Chris was very nice and called it 'warranty' work because he did the initial work.  I am happy; happy he had a General Contracting Team to go with a Plumbing Team.  So happy that I am writing not just one Review of Work, but 2; because there were 2 trips to my house.
