"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone who wished to avoid costly, but ineffective, repairs; high-pressure salesmen; inferior materials and workmanship; messy clean ups, and employees who are not as customer-oriented as most of us would like. Five Star Bath Solutions went above and beyond to ensure that all the issues I had were satisfactorily addressed and that I was happy with the work they did while they were doing it. The final result was the restoration of running water (I had been almost thirty days without water), a clean house, and a beautiful tub to shower replacement. Itâ s worth noting that Iâ m 75 years old, so I asked Johnny, the Five Star Bath Solutionsâ designer/advisor, what features I should consider for the future. He told me the shower base was non-slip with a low entry threshold and the shower included a Delta Two-in-One Shower with a detachable hand shower (which can be used separately or simultaneously with the shower head). He also suggested that I add grab bars and two water-shedding shelves for a minimal cost. Roger and Eddie from Five Star Bath Solutions came out the very next morning and spent hours removing slab concrete and hand sawing copper pipes in a cramped area. Roger discovered several leaks in both the hot and cold water pipes. Not only did he refuse to give up until he fixed the leaks and restored my water, he explained everything, and left a â shark biteâ on the outside valve so that I could check for future slab leaks and shut my own water on and off at the main. He then meticulously removed all traces of his labor, leaving me with a clean house, running water, and a profound appreciation for Five Star Plumbing, Roger, Eddie, Johnny and all those who have to live without running water. The following day the shower installation team arrived and installed an elegant shower. They were very pleasant, put up with my intrusive dogs, and did superb work. I am so delighted with the results ."

"Edwardo and his team were very professional and proficient and their work was very good. And the initial work was completed in 2 days with the exception of the glass being installed on a pony wall. Another exception was the reseal of our master shower (not a part of the tub to shower conversion) that had to be redone due using caulk that was not compatible with marble. Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."

After he saw what was needed he advised me to use a handyman for the work as they would have to tear down the whole bath and tile set up to the studs to install a new shower unit. This was more than I needed I appreciated his opinion as I did not want to spend a huge amount of money."

"Their guys are  true professionals. They always showed up on time, were tidy, professional and courteous. All work was done to my satisfaction.
On this last occasion we had an toilet that was wobbly. We picked out our toilet, plus a sink with vanity, a wall mirror, new light fixtures, and G.H's guys picked them up and brought them to our condo. They unpacked everything outside and after removing our old stuff, they brought in everything piece by piece.
They tidies up the area around the toilet, set new bolts, and applied a new seal. They then set the toilet, applied a nice bead of calk. This was something my husband noticed. They then attached the water and it was done in about 10 minutes. The cabinet with the new fixtures was installed. It took a little longer but it went in smoothly. It was obvious the workers knew what they were doing. You know when someone has done something before by how they move and install.
The wall mounted light fixtures went in smoothly. The suggested we add a piece of trim to cover the holes left by the old fixture. Not only did it look great but it saved us money by not having to repair the hole. Just a small accent piece that cost $3, saved us about $50. It adds up.
They also replaced our front door knob and installed a new dead bolt. Again it was done smoothly and cleanly. Since I am on cleanliness, G.H. is one of the cleanest companies I have ever used. They clean as they go and remove everything and clean up. All I had to do was supply a vacuum and a broom.
This is not the first time we used G.H. Complete Construction and it won't be the last.  Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

"I paid less than half of a bid I got from a company with lots of people and lots of overhead. And I am confident that my project was of comparable quality. Removed tub and put in a high-quality walk-in shower- ½” cultured marble wall panels, custom-made shelf, solid cultured marble drain pan with texture to prevent slipping, grab bars, high-quality double-sliding glass doors. I wish the project had taken three days instead of four but that is my only complaint. Jay and his assistant did a good job. He had some good money-saving suggestions and was easy to work with. He matched the swirls on the wall panels (including the indented shelf!) and made the shower walls flow together. Great job!"

"DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process. The process was explained thoroughly. Timeline for work completion was right on. We highly recommend DJ Custom Cabinets for any custom cabinet work. You won’t be disappointed."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
