Upon seeing what I was dealing with, the owner offered to help with other parts of getting the estate in Ada ready. I hired them to haul furniture and dispose hazardous chemicals out of the house as well as paint door trim and carpet cleaning. When my large real estate-recommended contractor fell behind on our timeline, they stepped in once again to work tirelessly over the holiday weekend to finish up a renovation job to ensure the home could be ready for photography and make it to MLS on time.
