"I recently had water damage from a bursted pipe at my new home. It was a nightmare. But, it was made so much better by Five Star Flooring. They came out right away to provide my insurance with an estimate. As soon as they could, they were onsite and fixing the problem. Julio was the installer and he went above and beyond to repair my home like new. Bob and his team at Five Star met any needs I had and quickly resolved any questions before and during the installation. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. Honest, straightforward, and hardworking. These guys are the best I’ve ever worked with for home repairs. They should be your first and only call. They’ve gained my business for life!"

"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. Wonderful people to work with. Very friendly and affordable."

"The installation process was great. The person who came out to do the measure was personable, respectful, and efficient. The order process was easy once we decided on the flooring we wanted. The installation team was efficient and moved the furniture for us as well. We love our new floors!"
