"I had four estimates and decided to use Lawn and Order. When I called them and said I wanted them to take down the tree, Mario immediately arranged a specific day that they would be at my home. Promptly on the arranged day his team arrived. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. The limbs were carefully taken down to protect the gardens and the fence. Next they felled the tree with amazing precision!
All the wood was sawed up and taken by wheelbarrow out through the gate in my fence as they could not bring large equipment into the back yard.
We then decided that several large oak trees had branches almost touching my roof. They were meticulous about carefully pruning back only what was needed to get the job done right. When the entire job was done, they swept the driveway and closed my garden gate and you would not know they had ever been there. Quiet, proficient, and treated my yard as if it was theirs. Left it raked and cleared of the tiniest bit of debris.
I heartily recommend this company. My neighbors even came over and said how professional the men were at my house."

Despite multiple repairs, have had problems with leaks that kept coming back, ever since. Malachi contacted me after I put my information into Angie’s list. We set a time for him to take a look at the roof and give me estimate. He arrived, on time, at the time specified. He explained in a very understandable way what was causing the leaks and what he would to do fix it. He gave me a verbal estimate on the spot and within a short time emailed the written estimate to me. The price he gave me was significantly less than other companies I had quoted with. The written estimate clearly stated what was to be done, exactly as we had discussed, and for the exact amount he quoted when he gave me the verbal estimate. He warranted his work in writing. We agreed on a time for the repair and he was at my home, on time, ready to work, at the specified time. He completed the repair in 1 day. It rained very hard the next day and there was no leaking. It had been a very long time since there was no leaking during a hard rain. The entire process took less than a week and was very easy.
