"I hired Cowboy Appliances Service and Repair to work on my oven. I have nothing bad to say about their services. When I sent in a report requesting services for my oven, they responded promptly. When there was still an issue with my oven after the technician first repaired it, I contacted them back after hours (that was the time when I used my oven after the services was completed) expressing my concerns. I wasn't ignored. I wasn't rushed off. My concerns were validated. The technician returned the very next day. He fixed the issue with my oven without charging me extra for the same problem or making up another problem to try to get more money out of me. They called before the showed up and were right in the time windows they said they would be. I was having a issue with my washer not filling all the way and after I determined it was not a pressure issue or a clogged hose I knew I need a little help.
