"The appointment was scheduled for when I asked but they called one hour before the appointment and asked if they could come over because they finished another job and were close. I was on my way to the house from an hour away and told them yes. They called me back 20 minutes later and said they were done. When we got to the house, the carpet was still quite damp and still smelled like the previous owner's dog. But magnified because it was wet. We called to complain and were told the smell must be in the padding and they would not come back out. The carpet is one year old and the smell is wet dog, not urine. Very disappointed that we wasted our money with this company."
