"Work was done on time in line with expectations. I was very pleased with my new ceilings."

"Beissel was terrific throughout our projects. They provided quality combination windows, gutters, steel siding repairs and a kitchen and bath remodel in the summer of 2018. Their work crews were professional craftsmen, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They worked with us to minimized the disruption that comes with a kitchen remodel. We found them to due great work at a great price."

"The project took about 6 hours to complete over 2 days. The workers skillfully and efficiently installed our marble subway tiles and politely checked in with us while working to confirm our expectations for the installation. Overall, we're beyond pleased with the results. Before we hired PROFI LLC, we had most of our kitchen remodeled (new counter top, cabinetry, appliances, but same floor tiling). The impact of having an almost entirely new kitchen was already pretty great, but the addition of the back-splash left us awestruck; it made a huge impression all of its own that was the perfect finishing touch to our whole kitchen remodeling project."

"Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."

"Project of demo old deck and build a new to the same plan did not get started until late November. There were periodic weeks during the winter that did not allow for any work. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price."

"Nolan is very receptive to design choices/changes along the way. A workers schedule was sent to me, so I knew what was going on for the week. All the trades were very nice and their work was cleaned up everyday. Basement project exceeds my expectations! Thanks Nolan and team!"

"Dustin Reece and Spencer did great work. They moved our shower, changed the cabinetry, installed floor tile and floor to ceiling tiles in the new shower area as well as adding a bench, removed popcorn ceiling, added can light, changed the door, and installed a sun tube. Dustin has a high standard for the quality of his work and continued working until all parts of the remodel met his expectations as well as ours. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a bathroom that we adored, and we do!"

"We love our new kitchen! The quality is top-notch and communication during the remodel was good. There was variety of choices at their showroom to help us decide what we wanted the final to look like, and they will willing to make adjustments throughout the process. While there are always a few delays in a remodel this large, our overall experience was positive."
