"I am in the process of selling my home, the buyers added a requirement to the inspection resolution that I enlist a specific contractor to perform some general repairs. I have not encountered a situation of this nature, and I decided to obtain a second opinion. I contacted Chris with Five Sons, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, going well above and beyond. Following a brief conversation this afternoon, he drove from the West side of Denver all the way over to my home, which is just off of E470 and Jewell, to provide me with peace of mind. He conducted the inspection and advised me that he agreed with the majority of the proposal the buyers had obtained, however turned down my offer for the work, stating that he preferred that I go with the buyers roofer, which should keep them happy and ensure I have a successful close on the house.
