"This company is horrible at communication and repair. I?ve been trying to get my refrigerator fixed since March 17th and it?s still not fixed. They come out on March 25th and said they have to order a part and would let me know when it comes in. April 6th comes around and I still haven?t heard from them so I try to call to get the status and of course they don?t answer. So I call my insurance and then they call the company and found out the part is in. They come out on April 9th and replace the part, what do you know, my refrigerator is still not fixed. I contact my insurance and then get through to making an appointment for today April 20th between 9am-12pm. I get a confirmation for the appointment but then get a confirmation two days later that it?s now April 20th between 10am- 1pm. Then get a text that it?s now April 20th between 11am-1pm. Now I?m frustrated because I can?t keep rescheduling work and plus have kids to pick up from school. I call this morning to see what?s going on "

"My front-load washing machine was leaking and my neighbor recommended Zajic. Best decision I made was to have them come out to fix the problem (very old gaskets). Justin M was extremely knowledgeable, fixed the problem and also checked the water pump. Turns out there was about $1 worth of change rattling around in there. Since the washer and dryer are stacked units built into a cabinet, I thought it was going to be major work. Justin M completed the work in less than 1 hour without having to take the machine apart. I highly recommend them."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
