Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. After the demo a hidden plumbing issue was discovered that interfered with our ideas for the shower. Arthur brought one of his plumbers the very next day and they brainstormed ways to redo the plumbing so we could get exactly what we wanted. They successfully fixed the issue without any delay. Arthur is an honest man and takes pride in his work. He combines high quality with fair value and most importantly makes sure you get exactly what you want without any short cuts. "Arayik Khachatryan did an incredible job renovating multiple rooms in my home. I did not know, until well into the renovation, that he was skilled in nearly all jobs related to renovating. He completed the tiling in our bathroom, installed hardwood floors, as well as laminate floors, and completely remodeled our laundry room. I could not be happier with the work that he did.
