"I went with another company for the attic installation - this company's estimate process was a bit weird. The estimator did not send a email, text message, or day before reminder/confirmation of the appointment, which was odd but fine. Then the estimator called and showed up smelling very strong of cigarette smoke. He reviewed the attic and then informed me he'd be sending images to his boss for review to get a quote. So he sat at my kitchen table and waited on his boss to call back - again, fine, but very odd. He gave me a quote which was double what I was given by two other companies - their product was specialty, so that makes sense, but again, odd. Overall, I didn't love the interaction and the estimate, so ultimately went another direction."
