The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"They came out quickly to give me a estimate for replacing my 10 year old Rinnai heater. They actually told me NOT to get the additional optional recirculating feature that another company was recommending, due to cost and reliability issues. When Washington Water Heater’s bid came in it was about 40% less than the other guy for the same work and same water heater (minus the recirculating feature)- $5200 vs $9100. They didn’t require any money up front (other guy wanted 50%) and were able to schedule the work for only a few days out (other guy said it could be weeks or months). "My brand-new furnace performed very well through the 4-snowstorm blast. However, a week later when a small storm dumped a few inches of snow, the heater started blowing ice-cold air through the house. I hadn't made any changes to the heat schedule, so it seemed really odd that the snow-cold air only made an appearance when the thermostat was programmed for below 70 degrees. The thermostat also would change the display colors to black-on-white occasionally, usually in the evening or early morning, even though the color combination is not the default and is not on the menu. I reached out to G&S, and they scheduled the workman immediately. When Tyler arrived, he checked the furnace and thermostat thoroughly, and although he said he couldn't find anything wrong, the heater started circulating air through the house that was warmer than the unheated garage. I said I would monitor the heater in case it did it again, and it hasn't so far. Spring is nearly here, and the air is considerably warmer, but the house has never felt like the heater was blowing air from an open window. Also, the thermostat theme has not reset itself. Good job!"
