"The Sniders came out to do seeding, lime and fertilizer. They were very professional. It seemed though that a lot of the seeding did not take and produce new grass. It could have been the bad soil/ground that is around the house. I don't know much about lawns but there will need to be a lot of work done in the Fall that I will probably just do myself."

"They started doing my lawn. I think this is the second treatment. What has been happening is around my house the grass is dying. He took care of it this time, he said The price is good and they call you and figure out what's going on. They really try. They talk to you. I am going to wait and see what happens with the grass around the house. The grass itself looks beautiful. He said that there isn't shade on that side of the house, that is not their fault. When I first called them, the man was very good and his price is better than most people. They responded very quickly. The man was very nice and very kind. They call you before they come out. If you tell them you don't want them to do it, they won't do it. It is just very good. When I was looking for someone else to treat my lawn, this man came out first, before anyone else. He gave me the whole run down of the company. There was no waiting time and the price was good. He was quick to answer. He was able to stop, talk and explain what was going on. They just come in and do the work. They have been very good. They call me before the come. Last time when they called and said they were coming. I listened for them to drive in from the North side. I don't know which side. He came out and looked at it. He talked to me. He was telling me what he was going to do. He said I might have to put some rocks down there because apparently it is not getting any sunshine on that side or whatever. That is the last thing that he did. Was stop, talk and explain."

"We have used Tim Young Tree Service many times before, and as always, everything went well.  The estimator, Jeff, came out within a few days of phoning the office, and he spent quite a bit of time looking over the trees and giving advice.  This was followed up by a professional and detailed written estimate. 
We were able to have the actual work done within less than two weeks after the estimate was completed and authorized.  The crew arrived on time for our scheduled afternoon time slot and went right to work.  They all know their jobs and are well organized, working diligently but carefully.  In this particular case, the largest dead tree was way in the back of our heavily wooded yard, and not located near any valuable landscaping, so it was able to be cut and dropped instead of being taken down in pieces.  Even so, the crew had the tree roped off and made sure that it fell in a clearing in the woods where it did minimal damage to underbrush.  In addition, we chose to have the largest trunk pieces left in the woods, thereby reducing the cost.
One of the advantages of using this tree service is that when work is done near landscaping, you can feel confident that your shrubs and plantings will emerge unscathed from the process.  Such was the case with one of our large trees that required removal of dead branches - it was perilously close to several really nice large shrubs.  The crew proceeded with care, and the shrubs are still 100 percent intact.  In addition, the crew always cleans up work debris exceptionally well.
