"Mark and his guys, Jimmy and Ricardo, recently installed around 1750 sq ft of vinyl plank flooring in our basement in our home here in Lawrence. Everything went well, and I highly recommend them. I found Mark after doing an online search. I contacted Mark and the next day he came out and provided an estimate that was more detailed and competitive than the other estimates I had received. That estimate was in late November and Mark delivered on his promise that they would get the job done before Christmas (from estimate to job completion was surprisingly fast at exactly 3 weeks). When we ordered the flooring from Menards, it was out of stock and appeared weâ d need to wait a long time but Mark used his Menards connections to quickly collect enough flooring from the Menards in Topeka, Lawrence, and Olathe. Jimmy and Ricardo did an excellent job on the installation. There were a number of places where the flooring and trim work required that unusual shapes be cut. Jimmy and Ricardo demonstrated that they are real craftsmen when they repeatedly came up with creative ideas that ended up making those problem areas blend in seamlessly with everything else. Plus Jimmy and Ricardo were always polite and friendly so we enjoyed having them in our home over the course of the 1-week install. So overall my wife and I were very pleased, and we will likely have Mark and his guys remodel our master bath next fall."
