HE TOLD ME HE'D CALL BACK LATER THAT DAY WITH AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN THE TECH WOULD COME BUT NEVER DID. I WAS ATTEMPTING TO FIND ANOTHER SERVICE COMPANY WHEN THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP AROUND 5 P.M., 3 DAYS AFTER I HAD CALLED. THE ONLY REASON I PROBABLY WOULDN'T CALL THEM AGAIN (THE REPAIR WORKED) IS TO AVOID THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH THE OFFICE. I GOT THE SENSE THEY WERE MUCH MORE INTERESTED IN INSTALLING NEW FENCES, THAN DEALING WITH LITTLE JOBS LIKE MINE."

"This report is a follow-up to my original report. After writing my initial report to Angie's List, a representative from Invisible Fence contacted me. We discussed my complaints. I misunderstood about the battery strength indicator so my complaint about that item was not the fault of Invisible Fence. I complained about the training of my dogs and they sent a trainer for several additional sessions at no charge. The fence wire from the garage to the outside was very neatly covered with pvc pipe and caulking was done in black as I requested in the areas where it was needed. I am VERY satisfied with Invisible Fence and will recommend them to others. They were responsive to all my complaints and were eager to not only do what was necessary to remedy the situation, but did above and beyond what I expected. In working with Invisible Fence to remedy my complaints, I discovered that the company is eager to please their customers. They just need to be told if a customer is dissatisfied. I usually give a company a chance to remedy situations prior to submitting a less-than-flattering report. This time I did not as I was overwhelmed with the the number of things that concerned me. I was wrong to submit my first report prior to voicing my concerns with the company. The fence is fantastic for our dogs and Invisible Fence is an outstanding company."

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Pat came out last year and provided an estimate for installing electric fence system we bought ourselves. Cost included install and an upgraded durable line. He was prompt in providing an estimate and getting the install completed - all within several days. The following spring our dog actually found and chewed a piece of exposed line coming out from garage. Pat immediately came out next day and fix line and put PVC around it; this was ll done at no charge. The again in August we called and some questions about some driveway construction we were doing, and Pat responded within an hour to answer our question. "After calling several companies who wouldn't repair a competitor's product (we had moved and had no idea who did the initial installation), they came out and were happy to do it. They repaired several cuts in the line and replaced the 25 feet of wiring that had been shredded during my neighbor's new privacy fence installation. The job was done the same day I called and my fence was working within several hours. The salesman recommended that I install a new system with their "pet-friendly" collars for $500 - which comes with a lifetime warranty. If I was to upgrade, I would definitely use this company."
