"Could have/should have done a better job of replacing all the dirt dug from the hole next to the foundation."

"QBS did a fantastic job in our basement. They installed a French drain and sump pump, as well as steel beams for foundation support. The work was done in a timely manner and they kept everything clean. Our basement looks and feels great now! Would highly recommend!"

"Installed an egress window which required cutting through thick poured concrete walls. Great service. Eco Seal provided a thorough, quick, and price competitive quote. They got me on the schedule quickly and the work was performed by polite and respective people that cleaned up after themselves. I would choose them again."

"They did a great job repairing our retaining wall. I would use them again for masonry repairs or building a retaining wall. They know what they are doing."

"The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund."

"Quality basement solutions continues to provide great services at affordable rates. The professionalism and skill that they bring to the table is unmatched. I worked specifically with Chris, who walked me through each step of the process in intimate detail. QBS truly went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible!"

"I am amazed at The quality of their customer service. Before I became disabled, I was employed at the hospital for 28 years and I know how hard-working with the public can be. I really need to give a hats off and a pat on the back to (midstate Basement) systems they came in and did work on my basement and had to come back and adjust some things… Not one time did they roll their eyes or give me a hard way to go about it. Levi ,Judd, Ernest, Jonathan & Adrian were very friendly, courteous & Ernest, Levi and Judd always answered any question I give them and was quick to be of help and to get me scheduled in I would highly recommend Midstate Basements systems to anybody that needs any kind of basement or crawlspace work done. Fast, friendly service, each and every time."

"For the homeowners who discovered mold in their home, and are stressed and worried about the potential cost of the eradication process, you need not look any further than these guys! Craig showed up promptly on the day day and time of our appointment, and my wife and I were immediately impressed and comfortable with his warmth and knowledge! During his assessment, he took his time pointing out the obvious areas and certain problems we never noticed! He did this not to frighten or pressure us, but being informative about the reason for for the presence of the mold! But what shocked us was the total cost of eradication...it was almost half of what 2 other companies had quoted us! His crew of young men worked tirelessly and were friendly and courteous to a fault. No complaints about their cleanup efforts either! We would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat! Ray & Lisa Jones, Delaware, Ohio"

"This is what I posted on my neighborhood Facebook page: "If you’re looking for a landscape company, we HIGHLY recommend ANDERS LAWN & LANDSCAPE. We had a large strip of ongoing pooling of water along the side and back of our yard, the grade in our yard was not draining the water to the sewer as it should. Knowing it would require a lot of dirt to build up and drain properly, as well as grass seed, we put out requests for quotes. Chad with Anders was the first to call and promptly came out that day. After receiving several estimates, we went with Anders. They were professional, on time and took pride in their work. Chad continued communication, which is key with me, before and even after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.""

"I used Basement Armor (Dave) to install a new sump pump system in my basement. He did excellent work, and provided excellent service. To accomidate my schedule, he did the work on a Saturday, the same week I called him. Due to quality work and excellent service, I had him do more work, including replacing all shutoff valves in the house. Same as before, he accommodated my schedule, and helped on a weekend. He also spotted a gas leak in the basement for me, and fixed as well. You could find cheaper, but not with the same quality of work, or customer service."
